Support that feels human
The goal is not to reduce you or your child to a label. It is to understand the whole person and build from the strengths already there.
My counselling approach
My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help us understand your experience and identify tools that feel realistic for your life.
You bring the knowledge of your life. I bring curiosity, care, and clinical support.
Insight matters, and so do manageable tools you can use beyond the counselling room.
Faith can be welcomed when it matters to you. It is never assumed or imposed.

Josephine Adeosun, MSW, RSW · Social Worker & Counsellor
I work with adults, youth, children, couples, and caregivers navigating all kinds of seasons in life. I believe there is always more to a person than what they are struggling with, and counselling should be a place where you can be honest without feeling judged, rushed, or reduced to a diagnosis.
Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths, and find practical ways to move forward. You do not have to know exactly what you need before we begin—we can figure that out together.
